Allying races may be possible now, but if so that'll remove the ability for higher ranked to edit lower ranked blocks.
But if we do that lower's could easily grief the whole town to shite, so we'll have to work something out...

Definitely, and there is no way to give permissions to certain players (leaders and selected mods) to edit blocks of those sub-factions?
