Note: I pasted commands of guests into members, and members into donators since donators have all commands of guests etc. So just read the commands of the group you are in since any rank below you has been included in yours.
Guest Commands:
/sethome – Sets your /home point, allows you to teleport to this point at any time with the /home command
/home – Teleports you to your specified home spot
/spawn – Teleports you back to spawn, maybe used at any time
/ping – Use to determine lag time, type it and see how long it takes to say pong back
/who – Lists the current players online
/list – Lists the current players online
/cb - Creaturebox commands
/lottery help – Provides commands on how to use the lottery/winners etc.
/money help – Provides commands to use for iConomy
/auction help – Provides commands used on the auction plugin
/msg [name] [msg] - Sends a messages to the specified player
/tell [name] [msg] - Sends a messages to the specified player
/whisper [name] [msg] - Sends a messages to the specified player
/lwc - Allows locking of chests, use this command for help
/lastlogin [name] - Tells you when a player was last on
/totalplaytime [name] - Tells you how long the specified has been online overall
/playtime [name] - Tells you how long the specified has been online
/getpos - Gives you x,y,z, depth, and direction you are facing in
/ignore [Name] - Helps you ignore annoying players/stalkers
/ignore -r [Name] - Helps you unignore annoying players/stalkers
/ignorelist - Lists the plays you have ignored
Member Commands:
/lb – Provides commands on how to use Log Block, if you use /lb toolblock and place the bedrock it will report all edits on the place the bedrock you placed was

/jumpto – Teleports you where you crosshair was pointing (left click on compass)
/thru – If space is available teleports you thru a wall or a building where your crosshair was pointing (right click on compass)
/tpa [name] -- Command to teleport to any user
/tpahere [name] -- Command to teleport any user to yourself
/tpac x,y,z -- Command to teleport to the listed coordinates
/tpaccept -- Command to accept a teleport request
/tpadeny -- Command to deny a teleport request
/pw – Extra warp command, some donators are allowed to use this, and it is like /home put you can name them, see /pw help for additional reference

/region addmember [region] [name1] [name2] [name3] – This is the command to add people to your donator zone once Orc has made it
/msg [name] [msg] - Sends a messages to the specified player
/tell [name] [msg] - Sends a messages to the specified player
/whisper [name] [msg] - Sends a messages to the specified player
/lwc - Allows locking of chests, use this command for help
/mc [size] - Gives you magic carpet, size is between 3-15
/spa - Super pick axe, works for donators who have donated 30 pounds or more, allows instabreaking of anyblock
/lastlogin [name] - Tells you when a player was last on
/totalplaytime [name] - Tells you how long the specified has been online overall
/color help - Information relating to custom name colour, useful for those who've donated £15 or more.
/playtime [name] - Tells you how long the specified has been online
/getpos - Gives you x,y,z, depth, and direction you are facing in

/ignore -r [Name] - Helps you unignore annoying players/stalkers
/ignorelist - Lists the plays you have ignored
/fly - Enable fly mode
/stopfly - Disable fly mode
Staff Commands:
Too many and vary weekly but main ones are:
/ban [name]
/vanish
/lb rb [parameters]
etc.
