I have a portforwarded server; but if yours is running better specs than mine than we can use yours. Also make sure you aren't playing on the same computer that's running the server (creates lag). What's the servers specs? (Ram, CPU, and internet connection is the most important) Mine:

And as for the server; it could be run on 3.2ghz 2gb ram, or 1.6ghz 4gb ram

After 3 tests, this was the one on average
Also, my server may not be able to reach you guys...I haven't done a long-distance (at least house to house) test yet.
