Hello again!
After much calculation and thinking i am finally putting it out again.
Since the last bid amount only covered 40% of the city value (in items, cash and tools).
Esgorath is for sale again. You can bid w/e amount you want, but one rule apply: You need to have the cash you bid
(also to mention, the people that lives in the city, is allowed to live there, but if you the buyer want to kick them out, YOU have to pay the refund.)

-You get the warp-plot @ spawn (located right next to the entrance warp)
