Basically, I like nero's idea.
I want it to look as close to Kyou Fujibayashi (from clannad).
if you ever need pictures of her, clannad is a popular anime and there are many pictures around the internet, just type her name into google.
She has purple eyes, purple hair with a white ribbon in it, and she should be wearing the summer uniform.
If done well I'll pay 90k.
